How to Rotate Specific Pages in a PDF (Free Methods)

Not every page in your PDF needs to be rotated. Maybe one landscape table is sideways while the rest of the document is portrait. Maybe a scanned page went in at the wrong angle. Rotating specific pages — not the whole document — is a common need, and it is easier than you might think.

Method 1: Mac Preview (Built-In)

Mac users can rotate individual pages right in Preview:

Open your PDF in Preview.
Show thumbnails: View > Thumbnails (Option+Cmd+2).
Select the page you want to rotate in the sidebar.

Scanned Pages Are Slightly Crooked

Every Other Page Is Sideways
