Make a Blank PDF Exactly How You Want It

Most blank PDF downloads give you one fixed page and no choices. This tool generates the file to your spec: pick a paper size (or type a custom one), choose plain, lined, graph, or dot-grid paper, set the exact line spacing and color, and add as many pages as you need. It covers everything from a single empty placeholder page to a 100-page dot-grid notebook for your tablet.

It also doubles as a simple letterhead maker: upload your logo, position it, add a header and footer line, and every page comes out branded — or tick "first page only" for classic letterhead style. A diagonal watermark option handles DRAFT and CONFIDENTIAL stationery.

Like every PeacefulPDF tool, generation happens entirely in your browser with pdf-lib. Your logo and text never leave your computer, and the output has no tracking, no watermarked branding, and no metadata pointing at anyone. Settings you save as presets (your letterhead, your favorite notebook ruling) are stored in this browser on this device only — never on a server.

FAQ

Can I make lined or graph paper for handwriting apps?

Yes — that's a core use. Pick lined or dot grid, set the spacing (8 mm suits most handwriting; 5 mm is standard for graph paper), set the page count, and import the result into GoodNotes, Notability, Xournal++, or any note-taking app.

Is there a limit on pages or file size?

Up to 100 pages per file. Blank and lined pages are tiny (a few KB); adding a logo adds roughly the image's size to the file once, not per page.

Does my logo get uploaded anywhere?

No. The image is read by your browser and embedded into the PDF on your own machine. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool keeps working.

Can I write on the generated PDF?

Yes — open it in our editor to type, draw, or add images, or import it into any annotation app.
