Summarize a PDF Without Uploading It
AI summarizers are everywhere — and almost all of them send your document to a server. This one downloads a compact language model into your browser once, then reads your PDF in parts and combines the notes into a single coherent summary, entirely on your own hardware.
It handles long documents by sampling sections across every page (a technique called map-reduce summarization), shows its progress, and hands you the result to copy or download as a text file — plus a suggested filename based on the content. Scanned PDFs are supported through built-in OCR.
